Exploring Consent, Risk, and Trust in Digital Culture

This an interactive online art project disguised as a 90’s-style website. It invites users to download a file, knowing that 1 in every 100,000 downloads may contain a simulated keylogger virus.

Of course this is just a sample, there is no keylogger on the site above here.

It is an experiment in critical approaches to technology and web history. The project uses retro design and high-stakes interaction to provoke a reaction from the user.
